We’re looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative for one of our Film Photography programs . Qualifications • Experience with Analog Film Photography required. • Strong organization and time management skills. Experience recommended: • Experience with Shopify and/or Zendesk is encouraged • At least one year of customer service experience • Ability to quickly grasp documented policies and procedures • Problem-solving skills in following fulfillment logistics, tracking missing packages, and troubleshooting film exposure/development errors Hours & Location: • Our office is open 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday) from 9 AM to 7 PM.
