Position Title: Customer Service Representative Shift: 8:30am - 5pm Monday-Friday Work Status: Regular Full-time Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 / Depending on Experience Reports To: Customer Service Supervisor Location: Irvine Required Qualifications: · Customer service experience in a warehousing environment is preferred · Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written · Adaptability to changes in workload, systems and processes with resilience and a positive attitude · Ability to follow written policies, procedures and guidelines, and give feedback to leadership · Deductive reasoning and problem solving skills · Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, and remain detail oriented · Word and Excel knowledge Job Duties: • Answer incoming customer inquiries • Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies • Record customer information within our customer service database • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies • Other duties as requested Work Location: In person
