Customer Service Representative – Youth Sports Picture Days (Part-Time Seasonal) Pro Shots Photography is seeking friendly, dependable Customer Service Representatives to support our youth sports picture-day events. Greet parents, coaches, athletes, and league representatives Check in teams and explain picture-day procedures to coaches Assist parents with registration, forms, access codes, and general questions Verify participant information and help correct incomplete or inaccurate details Process cash, credit card, and other approved payments Accurately count money and provide correct change Operate point-of-sale equipment, such as Square or a similar payment system Help organize team arrivals and maintain an efficient check-in flow Communicate with photographers, assistants, and other staff to keep the event on schedule Troubleshoot registration, payment, scheduling, and customer service issues Keep the customer service and check-in area clean and organized Protect customer information and handle transactions responsibly Follow established Pro Shots Photography procedures Arrive on time and remain available for the full scheduled event Represent Pro Shots Photography in a friendly and professional manner Perform other event-related duties as assigned Previous customer service, retail, front desk, event, registration, or cash-handling experience is preferred Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable speaking with individuals and groups Ability to remain calm and professional when assisting frustrated or confused customers Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Experience handling cash and making correct change Experience using a credit card terminal or point-of-sale system is preferred Comfortable using tablets, mobile devices, and online registration systems Able to work efficiently in a busy and sometimes noisy environment Dependable, organized, and able to follow established procedures Able to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to a team Professional appearance and demeanor Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to event locations throughout the Central Valley Bilingual English and Spanish skills are helpful but not required Gain experience in customer service, event operations, and youth sports photography Receive training on picture-day procedures and payment systems Work with a supportive and experienced event team Enjoy a flexible, seasonal event schedule Build communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Opportunity for additional assignments and advancement based on performance and availability
