We are a manufacturer of high-quality rifle and handgun ammunition, located in Cranberry, PA just north of Pittsburgh. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound customer calls, order fulfillment, sales support, and basic marketing. \\- Populating and updating orders in our ERP system \\- Working with our shop manager to update the production schedule \\- Maintaining our ITAR database \\- Sourcing manufacturing and packaging/shipping materials \\- Basic office management (phones, copier, mail, etc.)
