Customer Service Sales Representative

Westcott is looking for a motivated individual who can support our Customer Care and Sales team. Our ideal candidate will be dependable, be able to communicate effectively with other team members, and maintain high attention to detail. This position requires professionalism and adaptability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Professional communication via phone, email and online chatInterface with customers to verify their specific lighting needsGuide customers through the various levels of lighting product linesWork with existing customers in building their Westcott investmentsGuide in proper use of equipmentEngage with customers to resolve product interruptionsProcess stock orders for retailersPosition Requirements

Must be willing to work in our Maumee, Ohio locationExperience with customer supportOperate Microsoft Office programsAble to make judgment calls within the guidelines setMotivated to learn new skills.Strong and clear communication skills both written and verbalMaintain professional and courteous character in stressful scenariosAbility to multitask in a busy environmentWillingness to step outside of standard daily duties to assist other departments in a team environment
