Customer Service/E-Commerce/Marketing Associate (Outdoor Industry!)

Proactively observe customer service trends and report them to the managers Provide feedback to web manager to update, fix, develop web systems Provide feedback to production team about customer service issues regarding production suggestions/opportunities/errors Participate in customer service projects Daily Responsibilities Take phone calls Review and answer voicemails Answer customer emails/messages Chat with customers Respond to B2B customer service related questions/emails Create new wholesale orders and invoices in our system Other Opportunities The customer service responsibilities for this position follow our general seasonality trends (busy summers/slower winters) and will be close to full time May through August and part time September through April. Design/photography/videography: Help design elements for marketing materials, newsletters, website and social media. Being a member of a growing and dynamic team will give you the opportunity to develop a variety of skills. Bonus if you have read Christopher McDougall's “Born To Run” This position can be part time or full time, depending on the skillset of the applicant.
