Working a hybrid schedule (2 days/week home, 3 days/week in the call center) is possible depending on manager approval, after working in the call center for a probationary review period to ensure goals are being met. \\- If you do not already have high-speed internet service at home (5 mbps upload/20 mbps download), this allowance is given with the high expectation that you will upgrade your speed or obtain high-speed service with your provider prior to your start date.
