You will be working in our casual retail environment, working with customers in the store, on the phone, and over email and chat. Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional customer service to customers • Analyze customer needs and recommend Photo EVO products or services • Open and close store independently • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently • Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction We are a strong Family owned, professional photographic lab, retail photo producer, as well as a direct to film, and apparel producer looking to add part time help at our Northland Dr location.
