Looking for amazing people to work in our retail photo printing location on Wilson Ave SW in Grandville! When working, you will be responsible for helping customers fulfill their photo and creative project needs. You will be working in our casual retail environment, working with customers in the store, on the phone, and over email and chat.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to customersAnalyze customer needs and recommend Photo EVO products or servicesOpen and close store independentlyRespond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional mannerMaintain accurate customer records and update information as neededCollaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfactionRequires working on SaturdayExperience:
Previous experience in a customer service role preferredStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenExcellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detailAbility to work in a relaxed environment , but handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyPhotographic knowledge a plusPhotoshop knowledge a plusWe are a strong Family owned, professional photographic lab, retail photo producer, as well as a direct to film, and apparel producer looking to add part time help at our Wilson Avenue & Northland Dr location.
