Customer Support Specialist

Dean Stewart Photography is looking for a friendly, organized and dependable Customer Support Specialist to join our team!

As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience for families. In addition to answering phone calls and emails, you'll also assist our operations team with preparing picture day materials.

Responsibilities

· Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer emails in a professional and friendly manner

· Assist customers with questions regarding school picture days, orders, products and services

· Resolve customer concerns while providing excellent follow-through

· Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

· Print, organize and package picture day materials

· Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

· Work closely with teammates to ensure deadlines are met during busy seasons

· Assist with other administrative or production tasks as needed

Requirements

· Reliable transportation

Ability to stand for portions of the workday
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds occasionally

Schedule

Full-time (40 hours/week) 8:30am-5:00pm
This is an in-person position located in Melbourne, Florida
Local candidates only. Remote work is not available.
