The right person for this role is someone who loves being behind the camera, thinks creatively, and isn't afraid to figure things out as they go. Video Production (≈50%) You should be comfortable: • Pitching content ideas • Creating shot lists and mood boards • Translating creative concepts into visual executions • Thinking about how content will perform on social platforms • You're comfortable running shoots independently, but you also enjoy collaborating with a creative team • You're scrappy, resourceful, and solution-oriented on set • You care about making things look good, interesting, and entertaining • You also understand that Shinesty doesn't take itself too seriously, and you don't either We want someone who is hungry, positive, and excited to make great content.
