We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented Data & Production Specialist to join our production team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between data management and product fulfillment. You will be responsible for manipulating, formatting, and combining distinct data files, and using specialized internal programs to transition raw information into completed digital and printed service products.

This is what we ask of you:
Data Manipulation & Integration: Import, combine, and manipulate various datasets and files to ensure seamless integration into production workflows.
Product Generation: Utilize specialized proprietary software and systems to generate print-ready and digital service products.
Quality Control & Error Correction: Audit, proof, and validate both text data and matching digital assets for complete accuracy. Spot and fix typos, misalignments, or formatting glitches before items hit production.
File Management: Maintain organized digital records, folder architectures, and asset tracking systems.
Workflow Collaboration: Communicate effectively with cross-functional production teams to meet daily delivery deadlines and production targets.
Specific qualifications for the position include:
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or technical certification in information systems, data management, or digital media is a plus.
Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Windows-based environments and intermediate-to-advanced proficiency with data tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, CSV files, data merging features).
Software Agility: Proven capability to quickly master new specialized database, template, or digital asset management programs.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional visual acuity and critical thinking skills to detect subtle anomalies in numbers, text, and formatting.
Focus: Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and focus during repetitive, high-volume data-processing tasks.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
Comfortable with prolonged screen time and working at a desk workstation for 7–8 hours per day.
Frequent use of a standard keyboard and mouse for heavy data-entry work.
