He wakes up in the land of the dead in front of a mysterious figure. The figure takes him through different trials which force Manuel to consider his decision. After them all he is forced to make a decision, to remain dead or to fight for his life. He decides to fight for his life against the figure. He wakes back up and embraces an old friend who went to visit him in the hospital, one which he though no longer cared about him.
