Front Desk/Patient Care Specialist Previous Work Experience 2 or more years of progressive office or customer service experience Previous dental industry experience is a plus, but not required Experience interacting with dental insurance companies preferred; willingness to be trained if you don’t Familiarity with ADA CDT (insurance) codes preferred; willingness to be trained if you don’t You are extremely customer-centric and obsess over the smallest details to enhance our patients’ experience in the office. If you are into social media or photography or anything creative that is always a plus.
