Seeking an RDA for a private practice who is dedicated and striving to become a long term part of a dental family, with exceptional skills with a willingness to learn. Our office is currently open M, T, Th, F 9am-5pm. We are a team that puts our patients first and provides exceptional dental care. Skills: exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to educate patients on treatment and explain why treatment is necessary; knowledge of how the dental practice runs as a whole (from the patient walking in the door to them leaving), and is cross trained (or willing to learn) in both front and back office responsibilities and has at least two years experience in the following: \- Set up/ break down of rooms and trays \- Sterilization of instruments \- Digital x-rays \- Knowledge of Dentrix/Dexis is a Plus \- Fabricating excellent temp crowns and Packing Cord \- Taking Impressions and Pouring them up \- Paying attention to schedule and staying on time with doctor \- N2O certification -ordering supplies -Additional duties may include helping the front desk as needed. (Managing social media accounts, blog writing, photography are also a plus.)
