Dental Assistant

We are offering an opportunity to join our team for a 12 month dental assistant internship. During the course of this internship we meet to develop a professional growth plan that includes skills training in each area of a dental office, patient communication skills training, and office management training. Interns will rotate leadership responsibilities for daily huddle meeting and weekly team skills training meeting. In addition to a supportive team, the intern will also have an opportunity to work with our practice consultants to refine communication skills, and be a part of our continuing education program. Preference will be given to applicants with 1) high proficiency in written and verbal English language skills, 2) willingness to make a commitment to a mutually agreed upon internship length, and 3) strong academic references.
