Progressive dental office is looking for an experienced, full-time Dental Assistant/RDA to join our two-doctor private practice in Pacific Beach. Technologies utilized in our office include Eaglesoft management software, CEREC same day indirect restorations, Solea anesthetic-free laser dentistry, Invisalign, DigiDoc intraoral photography, and Schick digital x-ray radiographs. We are primarily Fee for Service/PPO (no HMO, DMO or DentiCal) and focus on patient education and providing a valuable experience in our office. Successful candidates will be punctual, internally motivated to succeed, teachable with a willingness to learn new technologies and materials, and maintain strict infection control and OSHA protocols for the safety of everyone in the office, especially in this new era of COVID-19. RDA certification is not required, but must have verifiable x-ray certification, coronal polishing, and CPR (must be current in California if coming from another state).
