DENTAL ASSISTANT/RDA pleasant, professional dental assistants and Registered Dental Assistants are desired for a dental practice to start immediately. The individual must have an in- depth knowledge of the back office and be able to move fast in order to resolve the patient’s treatment needs. A hard worker who does not wait for others but takes initiative to complete any available uncompleted tasks. Control the flow of the schedule and take charge of the back office. Be very organized and take charge of back office supplies and materials Must have the following skills: Exceptional customer service Skills in extra oral and intra- oral photography Previous experience a plus Knowledge of sterilization protocol (OSHA and Infection control) Proficient at taking and processing full mouth X-Rays on small children Strong communication and customer service skills Motivated, responsible, with a cheerful and outgoing personality, and excellent people skills Respect for professional colleagues and avoid gossiping.
