Part time, entry level position with growth to full time options and benefits commensurate with service, typically: uniform, holiday, sick/well, vacation, continuing education, licensure. No orthodontic experience is necessary; We will train you extensively to excellence. Details of the Role: Dental Assisting License from Washington State (will be obtained upon starting) Interacts with patients throughout the day in the orthodontic clinics taking dental photos using digital camera, flash, intra-oral mirrors Uses a digital scanner (3D camera) to create 3-dimensional models of teeth Uses dental radiology machines (x-rays) to image the teeth and bones of the mouth and face Uses practice management software to store and retrieve patient files Uses cloud based software to schedule patients, track patient cases (lab cases, invisalign cases) Involved in demand days Assists Dr with data collection and data entry Care and maintenance of photography, radiology, scanner and computer equipment Comfortable mastering new technology, enthusiastic, eager to learn, personable Has genuine interest in helping people and enjoys working with people throughout the day
