Design Studio Assistant

We are looking for a highly motivated studio assistant that is interested in the world of high-end design. The candidate will be wearing multiple hats, will assist with day-to-day tasks and rotate between design, production, and operations teams. A successful applicant must be energetic, organized and capable of working closely with others in a small, collaborative team setting. As studio assistant, you will be expected to lend support company-wide for tasks relating to production, procurement, logistics, marketing, and sales. Job Role: Assist design team with pre-production tasks, prototyping Assist with vendor pick ups, drop offs Organize material and sample libraries Engage with product representatives Maintain and develop product logs, project files, price lists, templates, calendars, contact lists Assist with web and social media upkeep, maintenance Assist with studio set-up for photography of products Executing new product informational materials Qualifications: Enthusiastic about art & design College degree or 1-2 years of relevant industry experience Must have a valid drivers license and be able to operate a full-sized van Reliable and dependable with excellent communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Organized, self-motivated person who can work independently and follow through on tasks to completion.
