Position Overview – Designer: The Designer is a generalist role, and the candidate is expected to possess the abilities to deal with aspects of Interior Architectural design and assist senior leaders in production, project and client management, and related issues. Other requirements of the role include: • Proficient in modelling/drawing skills in Revit, CAD, Adobe PS, Illustrator, Indesign, and MS Office tools Junior, Intermediate, and Senior Candidates • Ability to create Construction Documents independently Intermediate and Senior Candidates • Ability to work with multiple clients and on multiple projects simultaneously Junior, Intermediate, and Senior Candidates • Contribute to producing conceptual and fully executed designs Junior, Intermediate, and Senior Candidates • Collaborate within project teams, with vendors, and consultants to produce successful design outcomes Junior, Intermediate, and Senior Candidates • Support and contribute to the aesthetic, functional, and production aspects of projects Junior, Intermediate, and Senior Candidates • Assist senior leaders in curating design functional/aesthetic resources Junior Candidates • Participate in and support firm BD activities Intermediate and Senior Candidates • Provide mentorship and leadership support to other team members Intermediate and Senior Candidates Because we are a team of passionate designers working together, we rely on our team members to be agile and flexible, humble but driven, with a client- focused mindset.
