Development Associate

POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the Chief Development & Marketing Officer, this position has primary responsibility for supporting the development team in database management, marketing and events, grant funding, and policy initiatives. Development, marketing, and policy work support Lincoln’s mission to disrupt cycles of poverty and trauma in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. This position requires a high level of collaboration with development team members to execute tactics and strategies for broadening Lincoln awareness, raising funds to support youth and families, and advancing systems change and equity. \- Engage staff across the organization with the development process, including facilitating collaborations with program to support families, build community relationships and develop partnerships. \- Manage the database and related donor relations activities, including creating new records, entering gifts/pledges, producing acknowledgements, and running reports to support the monitoring of annual revenue goals, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and consistency.
