Opened to the public in 2013, this first-class family entertainment facility is comprised of 35,000 square feet of interior space and offices, two ice skating rinks which convert to a splash pad area and roller skating arena, biking and boating activities, indoor/outdoor full service food and beverage areas, bars and catering facilities, and dedicated event spaces and party rooms - that have the capacity to host sports tournaments, clinics, special events, banquets, meetings, weddings, concerts, community events and other family friendly activities. Job Description: Our rapidly expanding firm is seeking a highly motivated, energetic, creative Digital Marketing Manager to assist with the overall management of our website properties, eNewsletters, social media platforms, and display advertising. The successful candidate will have strong marketing skills, a high level of creativity, an innovative and edgy style, and excellent project management and communication skills. Position Requirements: *BA/BS degree in Communications, Hospitality, or Marketing *Strong background and familiarity with digital and social media platforms, technology, and applications/software *A strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask *Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities, organizational skills *Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Photoshop and basic photography skills a strong plus *Team- oriented and able to take the lead on relevant projects *Collaborative approach/attitude, networking skills and outgoing personality *Must have 3+ years of strategic agency or consulting experience with focus on web marketing, usability, social media and mobile marketing *Solid client and account management experience – especially with expertise developing strategic creative solutions, recommendations and plans and tactics for clients *Strong problem solver, able to innovate, and able to adapt to new technologies and industry trends *Able to communicate clearly conceptual creative/technical strategies, trends, and metrics to both technical and business audiences *You are self-directed, entrepreneurial, comfortable and confident working in a fast-paced, multidiscipline, collaborative environment *Superior communications, verbal, written, and presentation skills are essential *Creative writing or journalism experience Position Responsibilities: *Develop Marketing & Branding Strategies to further business ventures and uncover additional partnership opportunities *Develop insights and ideas that can inspire creativity, interactive marketing innovation and generate results for our clients *Develop innovative methods of collecting user data and providing data analytics, and devise actionable strategies to leverage *Drive creative/innovative solutions that will impact client ROI *Create and implement short and long-term online marketing/e-commerce strategies; deliverables may include research, planning documents, and presentations to clients *Develop and implement social media strategies and tactical programs *Contribute to the social media client strategy by examining changes in user behavior + the competitive landscape *Contribute to new initiatives specific to FAN/FRIEND/FOLLOWER messaging & “digital community” programs *Stay current on interactive trends, best practices and digital experiences with an eye towards client’s branding *Assist with the management website content using WordPress or other content management system – basic HTML knowledge desired, but not required *Manage eNewsletter content using MailChimp or other content management system and broadcast system *Create social media messaging and promotions *Work to develop a “seeding’ strategy specific to a target demographic or industry vertical – developing strong relationships with bloggers & other e-INFLUENCERS *Use web analytics tools to measure and report visitor activity *Report on patterns in social media initiatives, new tools/applications & trends *Develop initiatives that encourage greater engagement from our clients' social media networks through a variety of platforms *Develop and utilize your own social media network; have knowledge of the blogosphere environment *Monitor, track and analyze all client social media properties *Facilitate online conversations and events to make sure conversation and content are engaging and relevant
