Digital Media Producer (Video, Motion graphics, Photography)

• Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. Required Skills & Qualifications • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older • Must pass pre-employment assessment(s) if applicable • Minimum one to three years of video editing experience, with an understanding of filmmaking principles, camera equipment and editing software (Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere) • Provide creative direction and editing of weekly, short-form video content. • Excellent people skills with ability to interact professionally across the organization, including our senior leaders • Organized, detailed project planner capable of working independently and as a part of a team to achieve desired results with a sense of urgency • Understands and applies marketing, digital and media industry trends/developments • Solid experience editing short videos used for informational or promotional purposes, for internal and external audiences, and understands what it means to “know your audience” • Experience with video editing software, familiarity with effective trimming, splitting and splicing • Eye for good design, recognizing that visual design and copy are partners in good communication • Understands video industry trends, including contemporary use and placement of graphics, titles and transitions • Being able to come up with creative ideas for internal and external facing video projects.
