Build relationships with the agents, working with them to understand and use social media to better their business and to build their online presence. * Create, manage and execute Kentwood’s overall digital marketing strategy * Manage social media platforms & blog for the company, creating content that will drive engagement * Create, manage and execute innovative programs and processes for increasing Kentwood’s online presence * Coordinate training of sales associates & staff relating to current social media & marketing programs * Represent the company at industry events for social media coverage * Train and manage proper use of the brand across company and agent social media platforms * Manage digital marketing & advertising programs and opportunities * Handle company and agent media coordination * Company website maintenance (using admin system) * Other administrative functions for the marketing department as requested or assigned * Strong copywriting and editing skills * Thorough knowledge in a business setting of social media platforms to include Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Pinterest, Google, and Blogging * Thorough knowledge of SEO best practices * Strong computer skills. Ability to use both PC and Mac computers and software * Ability to work as a member in a team-oriented environment, yet as an independent worker with minimal supervision * Effective oral and written communication skills. * Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
