Be sure to note the Job ID number found on this page and reference it when calling about the position. **Job Description: **Responsible for the execution and management of the photo asset process including: creation of a shot list based on a concept, photography (low complexity) and/or direction of external photographers, retouching, distribution and final image archiving. * Execute across brand social media from day to day needs to strategic campaigns * Develop creative briefs, photo narratives and shot lists * Direct photo shoots and manage process including budget, scheduling, locations, prop shopping, talent and final asset deliverable * Pro-actively create visual story or themed collections and presentations to support Branding team and deliver on brand evolution * Research, recommend and manage external photographers as determined by team / project request * Retouch digital images and manipulate them to produce a high-quality, on-brand product * Execute best practice system of archiving and tagging / cataloging for searchable / comprehensive asset library while ensuring safe storage and integrity of data * Partner with Branding and cross functional teams to uncover asset gaps and opportunities * Support workflow / project management system for the team (basecamp) * Manage stock photography monthly download process and strategic coordination with team * Work within brand standards and follow the development process to define goals and assess current and competitive assets to provide recommendations on new and existing projects for high level creative solutions and expression * Able to manage multiple photo / digital content projects simultaneously * Create SOPs as needed * Build positive relationships with internal and external partners and support the VP on special projects as requested
