Focusing on quality control, this position ensures all incoming and outgoing photographed and rendered images are accurate and delivered to requested specifications. Organize assets using company Digital Asset Management system (Widen)Create digital images for use in ecommerceCompile, organize and maintain digital assets created by both internal and external photography partnersLog and catalog images and descriptions with accuracyRecognize file types and convert accordingly to work within appropriate programsReceive, organize and prepare product for photographyWork with Photographers to organize, crop, color correct, name and upload product photography to retouching partnersDownload retouched and rendered images from FTP servers and upload images into New Era’s digital asset management systemComplete DAM maintenance and upkeep regularlyMaintain efficient workflow in the photo studio and ensure all deadlines are metCommunicate with third party vendors regarding capacity and workflowKeep all sensitive matters confidentialOther duties as assignedRequirements Proficient in both MAC and PC environmentsComplete knowledge of the Adobe Creative suite with an emphasis on Photoshop, Bridge and LightroomProficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on ExcelMust have a thorough understanding of studio photography and lighting conceptsCurious by nature, open to new ways of working with emerging AI technologyExtraordinary technical and organizational skillsNot satisfied with mediocrity with a willingness to create positive change by constantly looking for ways to improveWork well under tight deadlines with running changes in a fast-paced environmentBachelor’s degree in photography/communications or related technical field preferred; relevant job experience in lieu of degree will be consideredOne (1) to Three (3) years hands-on digital imaging/studio experience requiredNice-to-haves
