Little Rock, AR Dillard’s is seeking a Digital Photography Technician to work with our Photo Studio team The ideal candidate is a driven, goal-oriented professional with an impeccable work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond to execute the best work possible; must take direction and critique gracefully while working effectively with a diverse group of individuals. • Knowledge of digital photography • Excellent communication skills • Self-starter • Deadline-oriented • Understands visual presentation with an attention to detail • Ability to work very quickly without sacrificing the overall image quality • Strong organizational skills • Passion for fashion is a must • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google platforms • 1 Year • Associate Degree in Visual Art or Business-related field • Retail work experience • Experience with Capture One Software
