The main function of this role is to create and manage content that will be used to represent our company and brand on digital/social media platforms. * Monitor and respond to customer comments and messages on social media platforms * Develop and post content for YouTube channel * Create photo, video, and graphic content for promotional purposes * Complete product photography assignments as needed * Monitor, respond to, and engage with customers on online forums * Monitor and engage with Facebook Groups to promote InjectorsDirect.com products * Perform research into our customer’s and competitor’s markets, then produce actionable tips and advice for expanding InjectorsDirect.com’s reach in the digital space. * Assist with capturing and analyzing social media metrics * Help organize marketing/promotional events * Prepare presentations to communicate findings with the team **What We Value** **What We Offer**
