Director of Marketing and Communications

The Marketing Communications Director is responsible for executing marketing communications strategies and materials that position HomeFirst Services as the premier organization choice for our community, funders, and potential donors. In this position the Marketing Communications Director will be: • Leading the development of a strategic, integrated, marketing and communications plan that is tied to overall organizational growth priorities, including key metrics to measure outcomes. • Work to ensure that HomeFirst Services is acknowledged in the community and on the larger stage as a key player in the field of homelessness and that HomeFirst Services and the CEO are considered a thought leader. • Demonstrated skills, knowledge, and experience in the successful development and execution of marketing campaigns, communications, and public relations activities. • Ability to manage, coach, and support employees in the development of skills and performance.
