Location: Seattle, WA (Multi-Venue & Off-Site Events) Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $80,000 per year + performance bonus Landmark Event Co. is a premier event and hospitality company operating nine event venues and a high-volume off-site catering and production business across the Seattle area. Key Responsibilities • Lead, schedule, train, and manage photographers, videographers, live-stream staff, and photo booth attendants • Oversee photography, video, live streaming, and photo booth services for multiple events and venues • Establish quality standards, SOPs, and brand consistency • Manage pre-event planning including shot lists, timelines, and technical requirements • Oversee live streaming and hybrid event production with broadcast-quality standards • Manage equipment inventory, maintenance, and upgrades • Support Sales and Planning teams with client consultations and service packages • Track labor, equipment utilization, and service profitability Qualifications • 7+ years of experience in photography, videography, live production, or event media • 3+ years of experience managing creative or technical teams • Strong knowledge of cameras, lighting, audio, streaming platforms, and post-production workflows • Experience working in live events, hospitality, or venue environments • Ability to manage multiple events and teams at once • Excellent communication and client-facing skills • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and event-driven schedules Apply today to lead and grow Landmark Event Co.’s visual media and live event production services.
