,the Job Overview Duties Collaborate closely with director and creative teams to develop visual concepts that align with project goals and storytelling objectives Operate and oversee the use of professional camera equipment, ensuring optimal image quality and technical precision during filming Design and implement lighting setups that enhance mood, depth, and visual appeal for each scene or shot Manage camera crews and support staff to ensure smooth production workflows on set or location shoots Conduct post-production review of footage, providing guidance on color grading, editing, and visual effects integration using software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Photoshop Utilize skills in videography, photography, motion graphics, and filming to create engaging content for multiple platforms Maintain a thorough understanding of current industry trends and technological advancements in video production and cinematography Proven experience as a Director of Photography or Cinematographer with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse visual styles and technical expertise Proficiency in camera operation (digital cinema cameras preferred), lighting design, and composition techniques Extensive knowledge of video editing software including Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects, and related tools within the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator) Strong understanding of post-production workflows such as color grading, motion graphics, and visual effects integration Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards Excellent communication skills for collaborating with directors, producers, editors, and other creative professionals Nice-to-have skills include experience with videography for digital campaigns or commercial projects, as well as familiarity with photography principles using Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Illustrator Your talent will inspire audiences worldwide while working in a vibrant environment that values innovation, craftsmanship, and artistic expression.
