Smyles Entertainment comes to Carmel, Indiana direct from Hollywood with a singular mission. Indiana has quietly shaped some of the most beloved stories in entertainment history. A Christmas Story, Stranger Things, Hoosiers, A League of Their Own and that is only the beginning. This state has given the world extraordinary talent, extraordinary stories, and an extraordinary legacy that deserves to be honored.

The Sunday Experience is our way of doing exactly that. Every Sunday from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM we gather local talent ages 10 and above for hands on industry instruction, personal introductions, and professional on site photography. We are here to celebrate what Indiana has already contributed to this industry and to build a bridge for the next generation of talent who are ready to carry that legacy forward.

Overview

The Sunday Experience is a recurring premium industry event held every Sunday from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM in Carmel, Indiana. This intimate and highly curated event brings together talent ages 10 and above for hands on instruction in acting and modeling, personal industry introductions, and professional on site photography. As The Sunday Experience continues to grow in visibility and reputation, so does the opportunity for the creatives behind it.

We are currently seeking multiple established photographers to join our rotating creative team. This is a ground floor opportunity to align yourself with a rising name in the entertainment industry, build your portfolio with editorial quality subjects, and grow alongside an event that is already generating significant attention.

This is not a paid position at this time. As The Sunday Experience expands, paid partnership opportunities will be extended to photographers who have established themselves as a valued part of our team.

Your Duties

✦ Arrive one hour prior to the event for setup and preparation

✦ Capture portraits and full body shots of each participant throughout the event

✦ Document the energy, instruction, and atmosphere of The Sunday Experience authentically ✦ Deliver fully edited, professional quality images within 72 hours of the event

✦ Share final images directly with Smyles Entertainment via an agreed upon delivery method ✦ Maintain a professional and encouraging presence on site at all times

Requirements

✦ An established portfolio that demonstrates professional quality and range

✦ Experience photographing people, events, or editorial subjects

✦ The ability to deliver fully edited images within a 72 hour window without exception

✦ Your own professional equipment

✦ A collaborative, professional, and positive presence on set

✦ Reliability is non negotiable
