This role is on-site in Lititz, PA, but does allow some work from home flexibility. Team Leadership & Development:Drive the success of the photography, styling, pre-media, and quality control departments by leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including procurement, marketing, video, social, 3D, and production.
