Distribution Associate

In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, organizing inventory, and ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts if certified) Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits Follow company procedures and meet productivity targets Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer skills for inventory systems Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
