Documentary photographer seeks art marketing assistant

You’ll need to design promotional materials on Indesign and web sites via Squarespace and Wordpress. As a part time Studio Assistant, you will work directly with Sam on a variety of marketing and projects as well day-to-day studio management. To succeed in this role, you have to be accountable to yourself, detail oriented, an excellent writer. - Strong interest documentary and/or commercial photography - Digital marketing experience - Excellent writing skills - Highly organized with strong attention to detail - Proficient with Mac OS - Proficient with Lightroom - Proficient with InDesign - Creative problem-solver - Self-starter with a strong work ethic – you have to be able to proactively spot opportunities and figure stuff out - Extremely reliable with a proactive demeanor - Ability to lift heavy equipment (+/- 50lbs) on a regular basis The studio assistant will be compensated $20/hour to be paid via payroll on a weekly basis.
