As a BluePrints team member, you'll help capture unforgettable moments for fans while delivering a fun, professional experience — behind the camera or behind the Glambot.

About the Role

This position offers opportunities in three exciting areas:

Stadium Photographer

Capture memorable moments of fans throughout Dodger Stadium on game days.
Engage with guests and create a fun, positive photography experience.
Promote and sell photo packages.
Provide guests with high-quality photographs and professional service.

Stadium Tours Photographer

Photograph fans enjoying their Dodger Stadium tour experience.
Interact with guests and make their visit memorable.
Promote and sell professional photo packages.
Deliver quality photos with quick, efficient service.

Photo Booth / Glambot Attendant

Operate and assist guests with our professional Photo Booth and Glambot experiences.
Welcome guests and create an energetic, entertaining experience.
Help guests pose, interact with the equipment, and get the best possible results.
Manage the flow of guests and keep the experience moving efficiently.
Assist with basic equipment setup, operation, and breakdown.
Represent BluePrints professionally at sporting events, concerts, corporate events, private events, and other special activations.
Training is provided — no previous Photo Booth or Glambot experience is required.

Compensation

Starting pay: $18/hour
Opportunities to earn up to $20/hour based on games worked

What We're Looking For

Whether you're an experienced photographer or have never worked professionally with a camera, we want to hear from you! Training is provided for the right candidates.

Dodger Baseball Fans: Genuine enthusiasm for the Dodgers and the fan experience.
Sense of Urgency: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced game-day environment.
Photography & Equipment: Professional experience is not required; familiarity with digital cameras or interactive equipment is a plus.
Communication: Friendly, outgoing personality and professional demeanor.
Reliability: Dependable, punctual, and responsive.
Sales Mindset: Customer service or sales experience is a plus. We provide training on our systems.
Flexibility: Availability for evenings, weekends, postseason games, and special events.

Availability & Schedule

We are specifically hiring team members who can commit to the final month of the 2026 Dodgers regular season, with priority given to candidates interested in continuing through the postseason and into our special-event season.

Current Hiring Period: Final month of the 2026 regular season
Postseason: Opportunities based on the Dodgers' postseason schedule
Off-Season: Special events, concerts, sporting events, corporate activations, and other BluePrints opportunities
Typical Call Time: Approximately 4:30 PM, depending on the game/event schedule
Typical Shift: Approximately 20 hours per week during baseball
Work Location: Dodger Stadium and various special-event locations
