Dog Groomer

Do you value quality over quantity when it comes to grooming? As such, we are looking for a skilled groomer to join our positive and encouraging team who is able to work independently while upholding our high quality and standards of dog grooming and bathing. The role is commission- only and operates under a generous commission structure. Our requirements to do the job well include the following: Minimum of 2 years of dog grooming experience, including skills in bathing, nail trimming, and working with a wide variety of dog hair/fur types Experience with special needs and elderly dogs Dedication to Mountain Peak Grooming’s standards of quality Willingness to employ a detail-oriented and individualized approach to every dog’s needs Capacity to work flexible hours and days Maintaining a professional demeanor with every client Staying punctual to ensure all dog appointments begin on time Have reliable transportation to and from the grooming shop Ability to work as an independent contractor while also being a dynamic and supportive member of the Mountain Peak Grooming team While the following are not requirements, it is an added bonus if you have: Experience with dog photography (cell phone photos are great!)
