Dorian Studio, one of the largest family-owned school and sports photography businesses in America, is looking for a friendly, responsible, and creative individual with reliable transportation to join our talented team in a Photography & Youth Sports Coordinator position.In this role, you will work in various settings while photographing school day pictures, seniors, sports and activities, clubs, and more. You will assist with office tasks, account management, and outreach, as well as sales and marketing, as directed by leadership. This role offers commission-based earning potential for new sales. This is what we ask of you:Apply your knowledge of sports league operations to drive youth sports league sales performanceAssist with school-based account details and help in keeping them up-to-date Advocate for customers’ needs by problem-solvingDetail-oriented and organized—thrive on managing multiple projectsExceptional phone etiquette, excellent written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to understand customers’ needs and provide solutionsProject management and strong organizational and interpersonal skillsProvide exemplary customer service to school administration, staff, coaches, parents, and studentsAssist the photography team in developing new techniques that benefit our customersAbility to take high-quality portraitsTransport and set up the computer and camera equipment on locationComplete end-of-day paperwork with great attention to detailCommunicate promptly and effectively with all team membersAssist with leading and training a team of photographersThe ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 poundsPerform other duties as assigned by managementSpecific qualifications include:Ability to present a professional imageWillingness to work a varied schedule, including early morningsMotivated, self-starting, & personableComputer literateHigh attention to detail with the ability to multitaskValid driver’s license as well as reliable, insured transportationBonus Qualifications include:Experience with school-based photography and youth sportsPhotoshop and Lightroom experienceBilingual Spanish speaking
