\- Must be self-driven and self-directed. \- Must be able to bring our ideas to life (or support/magnify the ideas via camera angles / lighting / etc) \- Must be able to play nice in the sandbox. \- The Director of Photography should be proficient with recording, video production and post-production. \- Hardcore passion for creating glorifying, Hollywood-Level content. \- DP must be able to dive in and be gritty; the right person will not “feel above” any type of task \- The majority of our shots are filmed out of our studio, yet the right person should still be excellent at filming outside, during different times of the day/night etc
