Local Design Build Construction Company searching for a drafting professional. Following drafter is responsible for but not limited to: • Produce conceptual drawings/renderings • Drafting and producing construction documents for new and existing projects • Maintain plan library including architectural and structural plans, • Provide working documents for cabinet layouts, electrical layouts, etc. • Process permits with City, County and Boards for large scale residential and pool projects Skills: • Extensive knowledge of AutoCAD, Vector works, Photoshop and Sketchup Topographic map • Effective communication and organization skills • Be able to research municipal building requirements • Read and interpret construction drawings with minimal supervision • Effective working relationships with co-workers and consultants • Be self-driven • Be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment • Photography and Web design a plus Hours: Monday-Friday : 7-3:30 Full time position with benefits after 90 days.
