If that’s you, we want to talk to you, and we’ll help you grow! 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 3 PM - 11 PM As a Duplication Operator you will: Work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented, optical disc production environment Learn to run Tapematic and Kammann printing presses Learn the CMYK printing process Learn to identify and correct print defects Work independently and manage your time with minimal supervision Contribute to a positive, high-energy, diverse team environment Receive cross-training and be an active participant in continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications To be successful in the role, you will: Be trustworthy, reliable, dependable and willing to work overtime when needed Be able to move from task to task quickly Have an attention for detail Possess the ability to understand and follow complex oral and written instructions Have knowledge and ability to apply basic safety rules and practices Background in art, design, printing or photography helpful (but not required) Physical Requirements Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and carry it short distances Must be able to stand for much of your shift – up to 8 hours.
