As a freelance real estate photographer, you'll be responsible for capturing high-quality images of residential properties for clients. Key Responsibilities: • Capture stunning visuals that showcase homes in their best light • Work independently with flexibility to create a schedule that suits your needs and goals • Develop strong relationships with clients and support staff through effective communication and customer service skills • Meet deadlines and deliver quality work efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of project results The ideal candidate will have: • 1-2 years of professional photography experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in real estate photography • Knowledge of bracketing, editing software, and ability to upload files quickly and efficiently • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to adapt to new technology and comprehensive guidelines, with a willingness to learn and grow Additional requirements include: • FAA Part 107 certification (training provided) • Willingness to learn videography, Matterport technology, and drone operations, with a focus on delivering exceptional results • Availability to take assignments Monday-Friday and occasional weekends, with flexibility to accommodate client needs This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals to join a dynamic team and contribute to delivering exceptional results.
