Responsibilities
Capture vibrant images of dance competitions and performances, focusing on both action and artistry.Manage the setup, testing, and breakdown of cameras, lenses, lighting, and backup equipment at venues.Collaborate effectively with producers, videographers, and event staff to ensure comprehensive event coverage.Edit, retouch, and organize images for online galleries and media delivery platforms.Adhere to brand guidelines for framing, color, and file naming for consistent output.Work efficiently under pressure in dynamic event settings while meeting tight deadlines.Securely transfer, back up, and archive all image files post-events.Maintain professional communication with clients, studios, and dancers on-site.Required Skills
Proficient in sports and action photography.Experience in event photography.Skilled in digital camera operation (DSLR/Mirrorless).Knowledge of studio and portable lighting setup.Proficient in Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop.Strong skills in color correction and retouching.Effective file management and backup workflows.Basic familiarity with video for mixed media projects.Excellent communication skills with clients and stakeholders.
