Responsibilities: • Manage the product catalog including feeds and product listings. • Monitor and manage other appropriate marketplace environments (e.g. Amazon) as required. Qualifications: • Excellent organizational skills • Ability to multitask • 6 months of comparable experience • Exemplary customer service skills • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written • High level of professionalism • Attention to detail • Strong problem-solving ability • Superior follow through on inquiries and projects to ensure completion • Accepts constructive feedback in a mature, professional manner • Computer and Microsoft Office skills are required • Prior eBay or Amazon Seller Central experience preferred Competencies: Customer Orientation- The ability to demonstrate concern for satisfying one’s external and/or internal customers.
