The person(s) in this role will be responsible for handling all in-store operations of our online shop, including photography, posting to the website, inventory management, marketing through social media, shipping and handling as well as related customer service communication with the use of our online platform. The E-Commerce Coordinator will be responsible for helping integrate the online business into the existing store by working with store staff and management. • Responsible for posting to social media as instructed, according to store guidelines. • Manage all inventory related to the online store. • Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to communicate with the store owner, manager, and staff as well as vendors and online customers.
