Surfboards.com has an opening for a fulltime customer service specialist. Compensation is commensurate with experience. Position Scope: We need a fulltime customer service specialist to expertly handle our customer emails and phone calls. Are you a good writer? When you’re not answering calls or replying to emails, we’ll teach you how to: Processes returns Add new items to the website Shoot and edit product videos Necessary Skills: Reliability – we will count on you everyday Writing skills – you must write well since most customer interactions are via email [sic] Verbal skills – you must be enthusiastic, empathetic, and helpful when customers call Fast learner – you must get familiar with our products and systems in order to problem solve effectively with customers Helpful Skills: Customer Service experience Ecommerce experience Warehouse experience Photoshop / Photography / Videography experience A working knowledge of surf, skate, snow sports and culture Hours: Our warehouse operates from 8:30am – 5pm Monday through Friday.
