Linen Society is seeking an experienced individual with an eye for interior design to expand our e-commerce team. This key position is an integral part of our growing web business, representing online sales for our four brick-and- mortar locations in Portland, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. Specializing in the finest European home textiles and accessories for bed and bath, we work closely with sophisticated customers and interior designers to create personalized selections for a variety of projects and styles. As part of an intimate and collaborative team, there are many hats you will wear: customer service, sales, operations, and fulfillment. These responsibilities include: \\- Processing, shipping, facilitating and otherwise overseeing all website orders \\- Fielding email, telephone, and live chat inquiries that may require sample fabrics, mood boards, and the creation of bedding and bath ensembles \\- The development of business via outreach, social media, follow-up, and creative clientele building \\- Interfacing with vendors to coordinate special and custom orders with detailed specifications \\- Maintaining and creating operational protocols to facilitate streamlined online fulfillment \\- Working closely with all store teams, the E-commerce Manager, the Director of Stores, and the Owner \\- Maintaining e-commerce inventory information including images, product descriptions, retail pricing, wholesale pricing, inventory pricing and product availability \\- Supports the Company’s in-season business reaction with changes to homepage banners, categories, and or style/color display Our ideal candidate has: \\- Ideas!
