ARCADE is a retail concept shop created by the community behind A Current Affair. Our online shop offers a curated weekly release of hand-selected vintage clothing and accessories.

We are seeking a skilled Product Photographer to create high-quality digital imagery for our e-commerce platform. This role includes photographing products and models, editing and uploading images, coordinating model shoots, and maintaining an organized, efficient, and safe studio environment.

Responsibilities

Photograph products and models for the ARCADE e-commerce siteEdit, organize, and upload images using Lightroom within the same business dayUse AI-assisted editing tools when appropriate to streamline retouching, background cleanup, color correction, and other post-production tasksCoordinate with models and maintain a reliable network of modeling talentArrange products, props, backgrounds, and lighting to achieve the desired visual directionProduce consistent on-model, editorial, still-life, and flat-lay photographyMaintain high technical and aesthetic standards across all imageryCollaborate with and provide creative support to other team membersKeep the photography studio clean, organized, accessible, and safe throughout each workdayComplete daily studio cleanup, including returning products, props, equipment, and supplies to their designated locationsPerform routine care and maintenance of cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, and other studio toolsManage multiple priorities and meet production deadlines in a fast-paced e-commerce environmentQualifications

BFA in Photography or equivalent professional experience in digital studio photographyAt least two years of professional photography experience in a studio environment using studio lightingStrong portfolio demonstrating e-commerce, fashion, product, and on-model photographyWorking knowledge of Panasonic digital camerasProficiency with macOS, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, and DropboxExperience using AI-assisted tools for image editing, retouching, and workflow optimizationStrong understanding of lighting, composition, color consistency, and image-quality standardsExcellent organizational, communication, and time-management skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with shifting prioritiesAvailability to work a flexible schedule, including shifts of eight or more hours when requiredAbility to lift and carry up to 10 pounds and perform repetitive hand and wrist motions, as well as bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, pushing, and pullingJob Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
