E-Commerce Specialist / Front Desk Assistant

The Front Desk and E-commerce Assistant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and retail assistance within our practice, both on site and online. This employee will also offer administrative and operational support to the Front Desk Coordinator and the clinical staff members including physicians in the two surgeon private practice. Requirements: 2+ Years of experience working with e-commerce retailers (Preferred). Fulfill any other role duties as directed by front desk coordinator including assistance with answering busy phone lines and scheduling of patient appointments to the practice. A strong attendance, reliability and punctuality record; A strong work ethic and proven track record of being proactive and using initiative; Fit and able to unpack and process deliveries and maneuver stock between storage areas and the practice on a daily basis; Able to work independently and creatively, problem-solving issues as needed before presenting potential solutions to owner; Possesses excellent communication skills; friendly, approachable and professional when dealing with visitors and staff in person, over the phone or in writing; strong interpersonal and team working skills.
